Service-oriented architectures, aka SOAs, are poised for a big year as users rush to adopt this new technology. And why not? By packaging business processes--and the applications that drive them--into services that can communicate with each other, SOAs hold great promise.
But, SOA’s flexibility could potentially be exploited. Eager SOA implementers should curb their enthusiasm and carefully consider security as they move forward into SOA.
