- JaxView’s simple architecture allows the user to create a set of monitors for a Web Service. These monitors will monitor metrics for performance, fault management, metering, SLA management, Security of a Web Service. If rules and thresholds are met then alerts such as Email, SNMP, JMS, SOAP, and Script-Execution will be triggered.
For scaling purposes, JaxView allows for the JaxView servers to be deployed in a centrally configured distributed fashion either in a cluster or collector processor deployment. This type of implementation allows for distribution of load in high message volume environments. The distributed architecture also can be used as a failover mechanism in case a server is out of service
