UC4 Software today announced a script-free automation solution for Oracle® Utilities Customer Care and Billing (formerly SPLWorldGroup).
UC4 Software today announced a script-free automation solution for Oracle® Utilities Customer Care and Billing (formerly SPLWorldGroup). The new application accelerator interface is designed to automate many of the common manual handoffs that occur in billing and financial processes.
Through its relationship with Oracle, UC4 Software developed the solution to enhance Oracle’s onboard scheduling and automation tool and to speed Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing implementations. Increasing financial process automation can lower the total cost of ownership for Oracle Utilities’ customers by eliminating human errors and latency while increasing process visibility and auditability.
In just 12 days, UC4 Software developed an interface that allows customers to automatically import and convert Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing process flows into AppWorx process flows, or chains. Once in AppWorx, conditional execution logic that automates dependencies across applications and platforms can be applied to the chains, or to specific steps within a chain. Processes become visible, fully auditable and easier to maintain through the AppWorx repository and the end-to-end business process is accelerated.
