Data can downloaded in Fannie Mae 3.2 format and imported into Calyx Point, Ellie Mae Encompass or any other Loan Origination Software that standardizes on the Fannie Mae 3.2 format.
The application is written and distributed under the GNU General Public License which means that its source code is freely-distributed and available to the general public.
