Currently in its first version, the portal features the following sections:

- Consulting - Service Oriented Architecture Architects and Consultants to assist your staff in developing SOA principles and best practices.
- Services - SOA Services and SOA Service Providers directory.
- Solutions - SOA Solutions and SOA Solution Providers directory.
- News - SOA news articles, announcements and press releases. Also features clippings and links to the latest SOA headlines from around the world.

SOA Service Providers and SOA Solution Providers can join the directory by completing the portal's 3 step online application process. Since all listings require initial approval and subsequent editorial approval in order to maintain the originality and uniqueness of the directory, there is a $99/year fee to be listed in the directory.

Listing in the directory entitles the subscribers to additional benefits as well. For this version of the portal, all paid subscribers have the ability to:
- market their products and services by posting news articles, announcements and press releases to SOAHub.com's SOA News section
- increase visibility / awareness of their product and service offerings by publishing SOA guides, white papers, tutorials, case studies, examples, etc. to SOAHub.com's Enterprise SOA section

Each new version of the portal will feature additional benefits for paid subscribers - in the next version of the SOAHub.com portal, all paid subscribers will be able to find the best SOA talent on the market by posting job listings.
